James H. Kline, age 62 of Lake City, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Thursday, June 26, 2025. James was born on July 29, 1962 in Cadillac to Harvey and Phyllis (Stephan) Kline.

James enjoyed anything that involved being outdoors. His passion was mountain biking, and cycling, he was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed hunting, fishing, cross country skiing. James also cherished his time driving around looking for old truck and tractors for sale.

He is survived by his daughter Jessica (Dustin) Hall, mother Phyllis Kline (Stephan), sister Ann Wismer, his best friend and cat Pumpkin.

He is preceded in death by his dad Harvey Kline, brothers Mark Kline and Chet Kline, grandparents Norman (Racheal) Stephan and Charles (Lillian) Kline.
