Harold Duane Mulder (Butch), age 84, of Lake City earned his angel wings on May 29, 2026 at Traverse City Munson Hospital. He was born on July 15, 1941 in Aetna Township, Missaukee County to Rikus (Pat) and Lois (Becker) Mulder.

Butch worked as a semi-truck driver hauling pulp wood for most of his life, before going to Lake City Redi-mix hauling gravel trains until his retirement in 2008. After retirement he enjoyed putting puzzles together and cutting firewood. He loved being outside or in his garage doing odd jobs.

Butch is survived by his daughter Cindy Mulder of Merritt, grandson Justin Cubitt of Mesick, sister Teresa Mulder of Lake City, sister in-law Nancy Vos of Newaygo, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Donald Mulder and Robert Mulder, and sister in-law Elnora Mulder.
