Chris Wiinikainen age 59 of McBain, passed away at his home on February 12, 2025. Chris was born on July 28, 1965 in Cadillac to Dallas and Donna (Bierens) Wiinikainen.

Chris enjoyed watching sports and nature shows on TV, he also loved hunting, riding his motorcycle and had a special appreciation for cars especially his Corvette.

Chris will be deeply missed. Chris is survived by his paternal grandmother; Francis (Hoffman) Bierens, stepmother; Gail Chucta, and siblings; Chan (Becky) Wiinikainen, Amy Cox (Chaz Forshee) and Dallas Wiinikainen (Cari Hall), nephews and nieces; Evaan Wiinikainen, Jacob Wiinikainen, Ashlynne Cox, Blake Cox, Jamie Schepers, Jessica (Lance) Holder, Jordan (Gretchen) Schepers. is also survived by his paternal aunt and uncle; Vonna (Keith) Gillow and Don Hower, maternal aunt and uncle; Phyllis (Don) Eisenga and Jerry Bierens, and his close friends Bob Pierson and Jeff Koetje along with many cousins.

Chris was preceded in death by his mother and father; Donna J. and Dallas A. Wiinikainen, maternal grandfather; Casper Bierens, paternal grandparents; Carl and Donna Wiinikainen, paternal aunts; Brenda Hower and Jeannie Wiinikainen.
