Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and Sister passed away peacefully surrounded by family, at the age of 71 on January 4, 2026.

She was born June 27, 1954 in Reed City, Michigan.

She and her husband and best friend, Jon Ashby spent their whole life in Marion, Michigan. She loved spending time with her family, her pets, and doted on her children and grandchildren. Bonnie enjoyed cooking meals for her family, listening to country music and playing games with anyone who visited. She had uncanny luck at games. She was known as the Queen of Yahtzee in her family.

She was proceeded in death by her parents James Sutten and Anna(Gaskill) Sutten, brother in-law Bob Hilts, her twin sister Connie (Sutten) Sneary, brother James Sutten and brother in-law Jack Sikkema.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years Jon Ashby, her daughters Shelly DuRussel (spouse Erik DuRussel) and Lisa Quintero, granddaughters Meghan(DuRussel) Shillington (spouse Jonathan Shillington), Rachel DuRussel, Sofia Quintero and Selena Quintero. Also, her siblings Ruby (Sutten)Hilts, Virginia (Sutten) Sikkema, and Ray Sutten (spouse Suzy Sutten) and brother in-law Ellis Sneary.
